Due to the size and handling requirements of larger equipment, the following flat rates apply per item:

USA shipping transit time is typically 3-5 business days for in stock orders and up to 14 days for drop ship orders from the Duotone warehouse.

International shipping for Leverlock® Adjustable Parts is 1-4 weeks.

Eligibility: Returns on non-sale items are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Equipment must be purchased at full price, new and unused.

Return Shipping: The buyer pays return shipping costs.

A refund request can be submitted within 7 days after the item is delivered.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by shipping insurance or manufacturer's warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
